Today for breakfast I cooked some turkey bacon and DELICIOUS Paleo Pancakes. I used a cashew/hemp butter that has cocoa in it since it was the closest I could find to plain cashew butter. Soooo good!!!! Extremely convenient that it had the cocoa since today was International Chocolate Day… who doesn’t love that?
For lunch, I cooked a Moroccan Lamb and Artichoke hash served with eggs that was surprisingly delectable.
For dinner, we had leftover chicken curry and I cooked a sweet potato hash. Mmmm… tasty!!!
