Today I cooked Turkey-Bacon-Carrot Quiche… it was phenomenal. The coconut milk in it made it taste creamy, almost like there was cheese in it!
For lunch we had leftovers chicken breast from last night with red chard cashew stir-fry. I didn’t know what chard was a couple of days ago, but I have to say, it was amazing!
I cooked Paleo Tacos for dinner with a Purple Cabbage Slaw… AMAZING! Thanks Tooti for pointing me to the recipe! None of us missed the taco shells at all… the flavors were delicious!
Went for a walk today, the weather was perfect… and saw a tarantula on the sidewalk… EWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!
I rode a little over 10 miles on a stationary bike today… while watching Food Network… (NEVER thought that I actually WANT to watch something on Food Network at the gym… and enjoy it?!) I learned a new way to chop onions and different herbs to put with lamb… awesome!
It’s kind of crazy to think that 22 days ago I didn’t cook. Now I do… and I LOVE it. They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit – this is day 21. I like it!!! Thanks Robb Wolf and The Paleo Solution!!!!
