Today I made turkey bacon and eggs with spinach and onion for breakfast.
We had leftover sloppy joes for lunch… since we were out of Portobello mushrooms, I cooked some normal mushrooms and mixed them in with the sloppy joe meat and served it with spinach. I think it tasted even better today.
For dinner, I cooked some baked rosemary chicken, nutty cabbage, and strawberry soup… fabulous! The cabbage was amazing, it tasted like I was eating at a Chinese restaurant and the strawberry soup kind of tasted like a sherbet. So good!!! 😀
Day 20: Success! 😀
