Today for breakfast, I cooked a Western Omelet with the BEST turkey bacon ever (from Applegate Farms) and sweet potato hash. The sweet potato totally looked like a moustache. AWE.SOME. It tasted intensely amazing. Best breakfast so far! I think I could eat it everyday. Between that and the spaghetti last night, I think I’d be set… 😉
For lunch I cooked some chicken breast and precooked some for the snack later and breakfast tomorrow. I served it with some broccoli that I reheated from a previous meal.
While lunch finished cooking, I went ahead and packaged up our snacks for later since I knew we’d be out and about. When we left I put our snacks into a small ice chest (that Mom surprised me with!) and took it with us, it worked out great!
We went grocery shopping for the food for the next few days and it was so nice to have our snacks with us! Waaaay easier to shop on a not-empty stomach.
When we got home I reheated the last of the crockpot roast and made a cooked broccoli slaw with a side salad. Delicious.
Day 6: Completed. and tasty.
