For breakfast today, I cooked some eggs with raspberries, blackberries, and almonds on the side.
We had leftover tacos and cabbage slaw for lunch… yummy! Mom surprised me with some new spatulas after we went grocery shopping. I LOVE spatulas. Thanks Mom! 😀
I cooked Teriyaki Portobello Burgers with steamed broccoli and squash for dinner… sooo good!!! I didn’t like (loathed, despised, couldn’t stand) mushrooms a few days ago… but after the Portobello sloppy joes, I think they are amazing! I actually REALLY like mushrooms now… go figure! They are delicious! 🙂
I watched The Biggest Loser premier last night… so good, this looks like it’s going to be a great season, the contestants seem to really care about each other. New trainers… Dolvett Quince is hardcore, totally motivating, and might be my new favorite trainer on the show.
Today starts Week 4 of Paleo!!! 😀
